Buffer Composition: 50% glycerol, 0.01M PBS, 0.5% GSA, Proclin-300

Concentration: Approximately 1 mg/mL as antibody; approximately 2 mg/mL as labeled conjugate.

Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:4000–20000; WB: 1:4000–12000; IHC: 1:500–2500. Select an optimal dilution suitable for your experiment. Dilutions outside this range may also work appropriately depending on experimental conditions. With proper handling, this product can be diluted to tens of thousands-fold while retaining activity. Recommended diluent: 0.01M PBS (pH 7.0) containing 0.2% BSA and 0.05% Tween-20. Other suitable diluents may also be used. Working solutions should generally be freshly prepared and used once. If long-term storage and repeated use of diluted working solution are required, please contact us for stabilizer or commercial diluent.
